I think the place has cleaned up alot. Certainly not a luxury hotel but the price is fair and the rooms are USUALLY pretty clean. The no walk-up and no bikes rule is kind of stupid but I understand why they do it.

Love how large the rooms are and the prices. The people who own this are very hospitable,nice,and work with you in case of emergencies. I recently found they have Jacuzzi rooms at reasonable rates too.
