Kaleigh Laroche, I am formally requesting a full investigation starting with checking in Friday 9/26/25 which while making the reservation on the phone with your male staff he said the room would not have to be changed nothing was discussed about checking out Saturday 9/27/25 , they were reservations for both days We knew check out was on Sunday 9/28/25. An investigation of what transpired leading up staff female front desk manager the title she gave me, violating my parents privacy by entering rm 117 with the key.without permission. My mom was only in a tshirt and upset using choice words gave her a piece of her mind, they were told to leave and the cancelation of additional services occurred. I was on the phone with my mom fir the end part of this the fenale staff yelling at her she gas 10 minutes to leave is what I heard, when I called the front desk to find out what was going on the same staff member hung up the phone on me. I immediately went there cell phone on record. The lack of customer service the unprofessional manner they dealt with a guess over a room misunderstanding violation of privacy is unbelievable and unacceptable. I am requesting a full investigation of what occurred, For safety purposes your hotel should have working cameras in public areas like the lobby, hallway corridors and such. Staff safety and dignity is very important, The hotels integrity to ensure customers comfort, safety and privacy are not violated are also very important. Once again I am requesting an investigation of everything that transpired.
