Read MoreTerrible experience! Bed was terrible, staff was rude, they were tearing up the place and broke a gas line, evacuated us all and refused to give us a time we could return. I had to run out of there with no shower, teeth brushed or my belongings, finished getting dressed in my car. Went down the stairwell during the fire alarm, exit was blocked and the hallway to the other exit had the carpet torn up and the cement subfloor covered in adhesive. Got stuck to the floor trying to escape the building, ruined my shoes. The next morning we arranged for a late checkout. At 10:45 as I was still sleeping housekeeping started knocking on the door, the turned off the TV and deactivated my room key. I had to prop my door open to go and get ice (real safe). Housekeeping kept baking on the door, and then someone started calling the room, letting it ring once and hanging up. I called the front desk to remind them about the late check it and they claimed we never made the request and wouldn’t have approved our checkout time. Tried to voice concerns to management, was refused the manager and “supervisor” couldn’t have cared less. 2nd time staying here - won’t make that mistake again.
