Check in 08/06/2025: Came here on a work trip. Was skeptical on the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Staff is great and so is the breakfast. This is a small and cozy hotel. Amenities are okay. Treadmill doesn't work and the swimming pool placement is quite odd. Conference rooms look clean. The room is the issue. Was offered to switch to a different room but I politely declined because I knew they will all look and feel the same. So, let's start off with walking in. Looks professional from the doorway. The room has carpet but I'm sure the hotel doesn't realize how moist and mushy it feels. Somethings off. Didn't see a fridge or coffee maker for the first day and thought, still not bad for $100/night. Discovered the the next day the room DOES have a fridge and coffee maker. The TV is sitting on top of this extremely large cabinet. Realized this is the older style design of a room. Opened up the cabinet and boom, there's the fridge and coffee maker. Gonna tell you right now. The reason why the room feels humid and the carpet feels the way it does is because you do NOT put a mini fridge behind a closed enclosure. Dude, it has a compressor and a motor. It needs to circulate air. So due to the heat trapped behind the cabinet doors, I refuse to drink the coffee inside the cabinet. It causes mildew, moisture, and mold when you lock up the fridge, so either change the design to a up to date style room or REMOVE the cabinet doors so there's airflow. The hotel pillows...not happy. When you lie down, slide your arm under it and put your head down, face forward and can feel your arm...that's not a pillow. It doesn't have the quality of a hotel experience. The bed and bedsheets are moist. 99% sure it's because the fridge behind closed the doors in the cabinet is affecting the whole room. You know, this hotel says no smoking but I gotta say...you're probably more safer smoking than inhaling the mold spores from the humidity here. Positive there's black mold in all the room because the hotel is focusing on customer service quality and collecting money and neglecting the way the rooms should be cared for. Even the bathroom shower curtains have never been changed. The lighting in the bathroom is wrong. There's a light up light switch in the bathroom you would use for a construction site. The shower head is low pressure and hot water takes approx 2 -3 minutes to come out. The sink drains super slow. Air Conditioner is kinda loud but manageable. I've never written such a detailed review but I had to say something. If you read the other reviews, the majority say there's a moldy smell. What i just wrote above is why. Over decades of being in business with 5 floors and rooms on each floor, this whole place is a health and safety hazard. Please keep the hotel clean but fixing the necessary adjustments so you can have better ratings and satisfied customers. You gotta remember, there's a Hilton brand hotel next door and im very positive this hotel can steal their business if it had a remodel/facelift. This is a Raddison brand hotel. You guys CAN be better. Just listen to what the guests are saying. Thank you for having very welcoming and friendly staff here though. Definitely having my company perform a charge back to their account. Not allowing my company to get ripped off like this.
