I love to tell a good story, especially when it’s about something that’s not usually very interesting, like insurance. How do you make buying insurance a good story? You get someone with a level of customer service that BLOWS YOUR MIND! That person would is Lori Charlton at Emerson-Prew. She’s absolutely AMAZING! After evaluating my pile of documents, her thorough assessment of what I needed was so accurate, and on point it was like she read my mind. The thoroughness and attention to detail of the insurance policies, (4 of them at this point), Lori presented to me, reinforced my feelings that I was working with a well educated, seasoned professional with an extremely high standards. But wait the story gets better. On the day I was going to E-sign all the documents, I decided to buy another car! (You might be wondering… another car? I’m single, no kids and a bit impulsive. I like my toys, but I digress… back to the story) I get in touch with Lori and let her know about my “new toy”. Does this curveball send Lori spinning off her game? Not at all, she takes the news, works her magic and gets back with me in a flash, to tell me it’s all taken care of.
