Read MoreI must let people know that although there's 3 reviews showing up and all 5 star, you must be suspicious when one of them is Eric making his own review. You see I had to deal with him in regards to disrespect towards my then fiancee. I did make a border line comment that he didn't listen to all the way. I said things like that happen back in the day we go outside and settle it. He flipped a lid and called 911 saying I threatened him. So funny that he had to act like a girl. Anyhow, knowing I didn't cross the line in regards to police involvement needed, I left his office as demanded by her, whoops him, I went across the street, parked and waited for the people in blue. Figured right thing to do since my actions weren't threatening. Plus, I'm a retired Air Force vet of 21-years. And oh by the way in the 80s we did go out back to settle manly issues. 🤣 So the police did come down the street and I waved them over and informed them what happened. They then went to see Erica darnnit, I meant Eric, sorry. When they came back to me it was basically a waste of time. They agreed no issue and we'll gave opinions of him that I shouldn't say.
Anyhow, yesterday I needed to reingage due to Garage issues from the deracho over 2 years ago. Just needed to help my wife again. I started with a sincere apology about last years scaring the poop out of his diaper. Whoops, life need to make humor sometimes. All communication was going well until his answer was no with a specific question. Then I asked for the region number to speak with senior management. He said he would send but hasn't followed through. He is a pathetic useless person who doesn't need to pick and choose who he helps. That's not the kind of guy you want to insure you. If his answer no was in fact the right answer then he should of had no problem providing that number to his boss.
Another note on Farmers ins...insurance.... they just don't represent the values of updating polic ies with clients hence under insured policies from the 70s for Garages at condos. Now the fixed income retirement elderly must pay 8500 to get their own Garages built.
PLEANTY more great agents out there. You may not prefer Eric the guy that gives reviews to himself...really.. 🤣
