FULL Disclosure I work for a competing agency (primarily commercial insurance), so I have no benefit in giving this agency a good review! EVERY agency in the nation has access to your personal info VIA public records so there is no reason to say this agency is creepy because the government posts your info publicly. Allstate agents like every agency sends out advertisements with general pricing (typically highly qualified good drivers... it is not a quote... it is a MAILER!!!) other review complained that state forces everyone to carry insurance, so it is absolutely pointless for someone to blame this agency for the state forcing drivers to carry insurance. This agency has helped family obtain quotes for home, auto, boat, and umbrella, and their quotes were great...and if premiums go up we will do what normal people do and shop around rather than blame Tyler... because guess what, Tyler does not control the everything about pricing... ALLSTATE does in their big office full of suits located in Illinois, so if you have a complaint about premiums, or increases, go fly to Illinois and complain to the corporate suits.. OR shop around... there are dozens of home and auto insurance companies.... in other words, get a life, pound sand, and stop blaming someone for things they have no control over (aka being a terrible driver with 3 tickets and 2 accidents and still thinking you should pay $20 per month for auto insurance... or you have a 70 year old home, with water damage, and 35 year old roof shingles and think you should be getting amazing rates because you "feel" like you should.... insurance doesn't care about feelings... insurance is based on risk... so be a better risk = better rates!) have a great day everyone... and remember be kind rewind!
