I am very displeased with the service I received from This office I decided to switch my prior insurance company To Ms.Moliere Office I set set to not renew my insurance with my previous insurance company due to lack of customer services being giving the ran around I talk previously with Ms.Moliere before my policy was to end 12/21/21 and I wanted my new policy to start on that same day That wasn’t the case She given me a quote but things wasn’t correct on there That I ask multiple times to get correct before I sign any-document because I wasn’t go sign if not correct than I ran into another problem that was roof wasn’t done so they was going to cancel my policy I gave Ms Moliere proof I had a new roof and I submitted this information to but the cancellation they was about to do on my policy could easily been solve if paper work was corrected and sent it on time Now due to the Job of my agent at that time which was Ms Moliere cause elapse in my coverage between December 21-24 which I was told my policy would be in affect December 21 I would not do business with her office again and I plan on taking this issues to a higher level to address my unpleasant and very unprofessional way thing was handle
