McDonald's knows best what I need apparently. The drive thru was busy on 7/13/21 at 1:15 and I ordered inside at the kiosk. Order #205 quarter pounder deluxe combo with extra cheese, extra mustard and light mayo, add a chicken sandwich. The kiosk has issues taking the card so I paid at the counter, got the restroom pass code (1119) and used the restroom, came back and waited with 5 ahead of me. At 1:40 the others had been helped and two others after me, I inquired about the order, they found it bagged up and sitting in the back. He asked if I wanted it remade, then he decided remaking it was correct, and I waited about 8 minutes, got the order and went home 5 blocks away. The combo was wrong, extra mayo and a large size fries that were unsalted and cold. Livid I called to complain, hung up, went back to that McDonald's, went inside, and calmly explained that I was there to get the sandwich I ordered at 1:17. I explained the history, and emphasized light mayo. This different employee expressed care and concern and went in the back to get a new combo. He came back have me the order, offered a free drink (no thank you), and I left. I got home, checked it and voi la. He upgraded me to a double quarter pounder regular cheese, regular mayo, no mustard. I give up. Thank you McDonald's for knowing what's best.
