Read MoreKim is the most rudest, unfriendly individual I have ever encountered at this location. My daughter and I were in the store on Saturday, May 6, 2023 to pick up a few items. The line was long with only one Cashier on the register as per usual. Fine, as I am extremely patient and that is typically the norm. Kim was standing near the balloons. I politely said, "Hello, I will be purchasing balloon #'s 127 & 531 if you would please blow them up, I will gladly take them to the register to check out as my daughter is in line." She replied without looking at me and said get in line, tell the cashier and she will tell me." I said again, "My daughter is in line and I was simply trying to be proactive since the Cashier is swamped with the line down two aisles." This lady could give two shakes. While, I understand decent help is difficult to find this days, this particular individual is in the wrong line of profession. I have overheard how she spoke to other employees throughout the store in the past and she is undeserving of being employed there, let alone in a Leadership role of any sort. Unfortunately, this is the only Dollar Tree in this rural area my family and I reside in, so of course we will be back to shop. However, I would like to acknowledge Crystal. She is always exceptional.
