There was a snafu with an online order, the third party that delivers the orders grabbed the wrong paint, and delivered it.
I had no idea, and before I could even put paint on the wall, Luke R. got a hold of me and let me know about the mix up. With a newborn and a busy schedule, I couldn't get to the store yo exchange it.
Luke did everything possible to make it right the man not only refunded the delivery fee, but took time out of his own busy day to personally deliver and exchange the correct paint. Never would have noticed in time if he hadn't caught the mix up.
Can't thank him enough, and that man deserves more than the 5 stars it'll let me give. Thanks again Luke! Home Depot is lucky to have you.
