HORRIBLE location. We picked up a tv yesterday that we ordered online, and when we took it out of the box and turned it on, we realized it was damaged.
When my husband went into the store to discuss an exchange, he was told by the GM that he would NEVER give us a refund for a damaged tv and that he would be the judge of who damaged it. Absolutely REFUSED and told him if he brought the tv into the store to return he would be denied a refund by him personally. Again, this is the GM of this store (or so he claimed when my husband asked to speak to someone else).
We have had the tv less than 24 hours, and the return policy says we have until January to return TO STORE. Not to mention the fact that we received it damaged, and did not damage it ourselves. Then he said they were out of stock of the tv, even though there were several on the shelf in store (and this was even brought to his attention).
At the end of it all, he said there’s nothing he can do and we’re stuck with a brand new damaged tv.
Thankfully, we were finally able to set up a return by calling customer service, but now we have to wait 2 weeks to have it picked up and for the refund to hit.
NOT SURE WHY THIS GUY IS STILL IN CHARGE OF THIS LOCATION. But Best Buy just lost our entire family’s business.
We will be purchasing a new tv elsewhere once the refund is complete.
