As someone who gets bi-monthly facials at Aida Bicaj, I am very much familiar with the brand. During my trip to LA and after my training session in studio city, I called this place to buy some products, which they said I could and they had available. So I trekked so miles deep in the valley to get my products that I ran low on. When I arrived, the lady said we don’t take Apple Pay and didn’t even try to help me pay in any other way. Thankfully I was able to travel to Encino and go to a competitor who was much friendlier and willing to help and one I’ll go out of my way to get a facial from during my trip in LA. Clearly this place that is running a business out of their home doesn’t value all customers and judges people without knowing who they are.
