Very popular among young people who pay attention to quality of food and health. I’m a frequent visitor and can always find something new on shelf. They recently started selling flowers and they are so pretty! (and great prices!)
There are also many frozen meals from all over the world (Chinese dumplings, Korean pancakes, Indian naans, Japanese Teriyaki, etc.) I tried frozen Indian lamb Vindaloo with rice and beef masala (I kinda forgot the name), they were delicious and only cost like $4, although the portion was pretty small.
Another great thing I love about this Trader Joe’s is that they sell goat milk! I love goat milk and I always bought it from Whole Foods. I recently found that goat milk is sold here as well, which is very convenient for me so that I don’t have to go all the way to Whole Foods all the time that is farther away from my place. They also sell grass-fed milk here.
The vegetable and meat are a little expensive though, and there are not that many choices and variations. So it’s not a place that I choose to buy weekly grocery, but a place for adding ingredients and things in my home, such as milk, eggs, olive oils, bread, avacados, bell peppers, etc.
Being able to find and buy healthy food here with affordable prices makes me happy!
