Edit: Pictures added on second visit. Taco Dinner and Brisket Tacos. Just as delicious as the first time! (Though if you're not a fan of greasy food, beware, this style of cooking is heavy on the grease if done right. It's super easy to drain, though, and the flavor is soooooo good)
Please come here so I don't lose my new favorite hole in the wall!!!!! No pictures to share because I and my husband demolished our plates before I remembered that's a thing I should do. Overall the menu is a mix of Tex-Mex and more Mexican (I think? Not really sure the exact style.) dishes. The margarita menu's flavor options are extensive. I had the hibiscus, and it was excellent. The plain queso was great, even without bells and whistles, but adding the ground beef was wonderful. I had the Lola's tacos, and hubby had the cheese enchiladas. Both plates were excellent, easily on par with a Mi Pueblo or maybe a less expensive version of Rio Mambo. And the price was quite reasonable. Downsides would be mediocre refried beans and standard rice. Also, they have a pretty simplistic menu, but it seems to be a case of excelling at a set number of items. That's about it, honestly. Good service, timely food delivery (we came during a downtime, though) and good background music. Really, really hoping that this place kicks off successfully and sticks around longer than other places in this area tend to.
Edit: Not sure what all the 1-star people are on about w/ the upcharge and unhelpful staff, btw. The salsa and chips were free, and they didn't even charge us for adding the ground beef to the queso. Either things have changed or they were at a different place
