Read More10/14/24 ... I haven't given a rating in a good while ,I hope corporate sees my rating. I don't know how they have over 4 star rating on this location. I just posted on FB how they messed up my order and several other people told me that they also had bad experience with the palmview location... I just went and ordered a family meal with two sides...I told them " one smash potatoes with no gravy and one order of fries".... now mind you, IM THE ONLY ,,, THE ONLY CUSTOMER that they are attending! ...there's no one else, and there's at least 4 employees in the front side of restaurant just " chopping it up"...I had also asked for all original...so I leave without checking my order cus I figured,,, there's no way that they can fk this up...... I get home , I see one side of mash with gravy and one without....NO FRIES!! Later my daughter said that there's some spicy pieces too!!!. . I called them and had to yell at them... I asked the guy who answered " are you guys out of fries?? He says NO ,we got fries'.... and I tell him,,, how do you fk up and order if you guys have literally no traffic!!!?? No traffic!! I'm the only one and there about 6 of you in there!!!.... he replys, ' sorry sir, it shouldn't have happened ' ...........that's some b.s
