It always takes a long time to get someone to take my order at the drive thru. Lot of the times I get warm food. I noticed that I have to ask for my food to be fresh and hot.

The restaurant was fairly new or recently remodeled. It was nice. That staff was friendly and the manager, Jair, provided us with great customer service. Sometimes a Mc Donald's is just a McDonald's. Today it was much more thanks to Jair.

Here just before 7 PM. Pretty long line for the drive through but that's just to be expected anywhere for prime dining hours. The gentleman taking my order at the driver through was exceedingly polite with great charisma.
