I've been hearing about this place for months and been dying to try it. I was finally in St. Pete last week and stopped in.
Parking can be a little tight--but there are places on the street and around the corner if you don't mind going around the block.
The restaurant was super clean. My litmus test for cleanliness is to visit the restroom. It was spotless.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited around 1:30 in the afternoon and got the VIP treatment: I won't mention other reviews, but I had zero problems getting answers to questions about the menu, their app, the rewards program, or the history of the restaurant.
There are a few tables outside, and I'd imagine the sunset between the palm trees is breathtaking (I didn't stay quite that long though!).
On to the food: I had a steakburger and air fries. Seemed like a pretty standard fare by which to judge a restaurant. I'm accustomed to the run-of-the-mill bar burgers, so by comparison, this was the cleanest burger I've ever had, both in terms of it being healthy but also physically not messy at all. Not one drip of grease feel off the burger, but it was juicy, cooked ideally, and had loads of flavor. The fries were equally surprising--not once did I get that "eww, I need to wipe my hands" feeling. I think I used my napkin a total of two times.
The portions are more filling than they seem. I was full the rest of the afternoon, but not to the point of feeling gross and falling asleep. As trite as it might sound, I really did feel good after eating this food.
I'm glad I was able to stop by. They also have a location in Miami, Tampa, and Carrollwood!
