Stay away from this Wing Stop AT ALL COSTS!If I could truly give this store a zero stars, I would! This is how bad our experience was:We arrived at this Wing Stop location around 7:15PM yesterday (Saturday 04/20/24). We ordered the 30-piece wings for the 3 of us and the order was in at 7:24PM.The restaurant was busy with many people waiting to pick up their food. No one was dining in except us (we sat outside since it was a beautiful night).(7:40PM) The wait was long, and we did not think much of it, but when we noticed several people who came in after us and already got their order, we started to question the delay.The front person (his name was Carlos) was polite and apologetic and said that it usually take 15-20 minutes per order!!!(7:50PM) By now, our order is 26 minutes late and no sign of it being ready. The kitchen was literally a CHAOS, and as others wrote in their reviews, no gloves worn and it was filthy from the amount of food and fries on the floor.We questioned again the delay, at which Carlos took my receipt and went into the kitchen to inquire about our order. It was at least 5 minutes before he came back to the front to say that they are still working on it. (When I say he went in the back for 5 minutes, I am not even exaggerating the time) The front area literally had NO ONE standing there as now there were more people looking for their order.(7:55PM) We asked Carlos to cancel our order. He went back to the kitchen to ask the manager who you could hear her say "His order is done". However, when they looked for my order, it turns out in their chaos, they gave it to one of the Uber Eats people accidentally.At this point, we decided to go somewhere else and asked to cancel my order and refund my money AND THIS IS THE WORST PART:To get a refund, one cashier (Young African-American man with glasses, forgot to get his name) asked for my phone number and email address! I was puzzled and asked him why do you need this just to refund my credit card? He was polite and advised that "All refunds must be done by the district manager on the next business day!!!"When I asked for the manager to come and clarify this bizarre rule, he advised that the manager is "busy in the kitchen and can't come right now"!!!!We literally had to wait until around 8:30PM (almost an hour and 15 minutes after walking in) so the manager can come to talk to us!The Manager, her name is Will, was also polite and reiterated the same information: Any refund at Wing Stop must be done through the district manager (which her name is Elaina)!!!What restaurant does not have the ability of refunding their customer money? Especially if it was their restaurant's mistake???This is a long review, but truly warrants the alarming situation at this Wing Stop.Now I have to deal with a charge on my credit card that I don't know when, and if they ever are going, to refund it.
