Rikas Tacos is one of those places. We make it to this area about once a year and this place always justifies a couple of visits. Tonight we had Birria tacos, with rice and beans and their new Chile Relleno plate with rice and beans. Everything on every plate was perfection. If you have never had Rikas Tacos you are missing out, if you are in the area and have the chance to try this place it’s going to be a meal you won’t quickly forget about.
