We were so excited to get a MI location, we don’t have many options here in North MI. So you can imagine how disappointed we are that it is NOTHING like the original location. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten our order right, not one time and we’ve eaten there probably 25 times. They always forget something and/or give us the wrong thing entirely. Tonight my husband picked up food for us, he ordered a chicken Philly, a chicken Cesar wrap, a kids tenders and fries with everything. What we got… no fries, a steak philly instead of chicken, a melted styrofoam box of very well done chicken tenders, an ice cold chicken Cesar wrap. My husband noticed the missing fries right away but not the rest. Yes I could call, again, and we could go up there and get new food but we’re not going to. My husband just put in a 12 hour work day, I’ve been home sick with Covid, our kids are hungry and I’m just not up to driving 15 min back there just for them to take a third try at getting our order right. Y’all need to get it together!!!
