I'm easy, I just expect to be treated like I'm a paying customer!! I went for a pedicure at this place because it was close to my location. The young man doing my pedicure didn't really seem to know what he was doing. I asked for rounded nails yet he made them square. He also kept trying to upsell me. My nails were done quickly and sloppy. But that wasn't the worst part, I would have paid, even tipped the guy but would never go back. BUT the polish the guy used was gel polish and we weren't doing a gel pedicure, I just figured he had to know what he was doing. BUT he didn't, because the polish never dried and when I did a touch test after 10 minutes it came off on my finger!! I went to tell the guy and he touched them, saw that the polish was just wiping off!! But hey, I just figured he'd fix the problem. Unfortunately, he used nail polish remover, which dropped all over my shoes and destroyed them!! The soles are leather and it was disintegrating them! The sole came up from base. He saw what was happening yet ignored me when I showed him what was happening. Matters only got worse when I asked to talk to the manager--she was insulting, a liar and rude!! She preferred making excuses and began to blame me!! I would never consider going to this place and giving them your business, there are SO many nail salons to choose from so didn't choose them!!
