Read MoreUnfortunately, I had to file a police report and call state board after nicely letting Shay know that I did not like my final hair results. Shay then becomes extermely rude and say customers are getting on her nerves. I was unclear how my saying I did not like my hair caused an escalation of anger. Needless, to say I then became upset at her tone and dismissal of my hair concerns. I did pay and as I left Shay follows me to the door and says "I will snatch it off". Words were exchanged and two other hair staff stopped Shay from attacking me. Those staff then apologized for Shay's behavior. I then go outside to call the police. The police take my report and the hair staff report. Of course the hair staff story changes to protect Shay. After this incident the owner Simone the unprofessionally text me to what seems ban me from the salon. I text back requesting no contact and inform Simone if this continues I will file an additional police report for harassment.
I hope this serves as a warning to future customers who plan to tell Shay nicely a hairstyles is not liked.
The whole incident is recorded! I am just speaking with my legal team about further action.
