The new owner (Hansson, EA not CPA) is exceptionally frustrating to communicate with, missed multiple agreed-on deadlines, and makes pretty serious clerical errors on tax returns (he actually admitted the errors in writing and offered to correct them but his corrections contained additional errors!; he then decided it was no longer worth his time to correct the errors). Probably the most unprofessional experience in memory; had to hire an expensive outside firm to correct everything. I hope nobody else has to go through this. I cannot recommend.
