Read MoreI was turned away by one legal agency. I was passed off by another legal agency. By some miracle I landed in the INCREDIBLE hands of GLP Attorneys for my personal injury case. It was not just a personal injury case, but it was also a work-related injury, a brain injury, and a car accident-related case, all rolled into a messy ball. Needless to say, my case was a very complicated one (hence being turned away by another law firm). With so many people involved, some of whom were incredibly stubborn and unwilling to admit fault, it was a long-complicated battle. GLP Attorneys didn't give up, they didn't back down and ended up negotiating a settlement for not only me, but the other victims involved because my lawyers were able to accomplish what the other victim's lawyers were unable to do! Where their lawyers failed, mine succeeded in every aspect of the word “succeed”. My main team consisted of Jonathan Yousling, Tirra Seely, and the most amazing paralegal Andrew Nitchman. Although I’m extremely confident that anyone else working for this firm would be just as incredible.
On the day of the settlement negotiations, I had a team of not one, or two, but THREE lawyers join my side. All working harmoniously to create the absolute best outcome with not just the settlement itself, but with Labor and Industries as well. Alex French being the incredible 3rd attorney who was very knowledgeable with my case played a huge role with my outcome. I felt so confident and safe seeing their 3 faces, knowing they were there to support me and fight for what I deserved after a 3 yearlong battle that included so much physical and emotional pain. No one else came to the table with 3 highly incredible attorneys, only one was needed, but I got 3. Imagine the comfort and confidence that came with knowing this. When the time warranted it, the bulldog came out and ensured the end agreement was satisfactory one. Never in my life have I gone into a stressful situation such as this and felt so supported.
Every person on my team from the attorneys, to paralegals, to amazing front office staff treated me with kindness, respect, and never made me feel like they were too busy to answer my MANY questions. I pray I never have the need to; but if I ever find myself in a situation again where lawyers are needed, GLP is where I will go and will advise anyone I know to go!
