If they were unable to help me that's understandable but at least have the professionalism and common courtesy to say so. After running into a problem with my situation, I was told that an attempt would be made to correct the matter. I didn't hear anything from them for awhile and foolishly assumed that the matter must have been resolved and they must be working in my behalf(otherwise someone would have/should have communicated that, right) only to call and find that that was not the case, the matter had not been resolved, no one was trying to resolve it and no one even bothered to let me know. I was told that yet another attempt would be made to try and take care of the problem and that I would be contacted with updates. This never happened. When I called the office (Milwaukee office) on more than one occassion to inquire, I was always told someone would get back to me. No one ever has. Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone.
