As of right now, this review is about customer service and poor communication.
I need to file two cases. One personal & one for business. When meeting with the attorney Michael, he informed me that everything I paid could be switched over to cover my business filing.
I then receive an email stating that I still owe. I called numerous times & was told my business was paid for. Back & forth emails & no clarification. I tried to explain what Michael told me.
Then, after another phone call, Melanie gets on the line and says I have to file both cases at once."" Once again, I informed what Michael told me. I could file the business first.
Then, yet again, Melanie informed me that I could not do that. To top of the rude, disgraceful, and unprofessional service, Melanie said, "I don't care who you spoke to or what they told you."
I asked to speak with Michael, and yet again, Melanie, with a rude, disgraceful, and unprofessional tone, informed me that he is not here.
So again, this review is based on my customer service experience. This review may be modified once everything is completed.
