My experience was most terrible. Very upset that he was a very shady lawyer. I was trying to obtain records from another state. He change many times about the pricing of services. We then came to an agreement that if he would find out which of the two I needed I would be more then happy to pay amount in full. But, I wasn't going to pay for the two of the services.
He never did anything to help me and then began rude because, I had not made a payment for something he never tried to see if it would work in the other state. He just wanted the money. Which surprised me very much.
He was very rude and I have worked with many lawyers. I was not impressed and many people have said the same thing about Mr.Ross.
I actually knew the document that I needed I was able to do myself for less then $20 but, I was a woman of my word and was going to go through him. Big mistake. Please no one use him. He is very much slow at everything and doesn't want to put the work in to see what you need. He expected me to pay him without him even doing anything. Sorry that is not how it works. You do the work then you get paid. You don't pay someone to do mow your lawn until you see that it is done. That is how the world operates. I would urge anyone that is thinking about Ross to please venture to someone that actually cares about you and want to help. Then, NOT have you do all the work and want to get paid for doing nothing. If I could rate this zero stars I would. He is a con man and ONLY cares about money and not doing any work.
