I Came to Mr. Moeller with a custody case that I knew would turn into a very ugly battle from the get go, and within a short amount of time and a round of mediation it became very clear this would not be a simple agree and walk away situation. Mr. Moeller did a great job helping me navigate my way through my exes 4 criminal arrests, resulting in a felony and 2 gross misdemeanor Convictions, setting up parameters to make sure my children, as well as my bonus child are safe, protected, in the right hands, while allowing the opportunity for the other party to prove themselves and take steps to make changes and improvements and then be able to settle on a plan that is truly the best interest for the children involved based upon the actions of both parties. This allowed for clear and concise decisions to be made by us, and a clear case brought to the judge who was able to make a quick and clear decision, based solely on the facts of the matters at hand, without muddying the truth or the facts of the case. Mr. Moeller is an attorney that operates on the basis of honesty, facts, and overall simplifying things as matter of factually as possible. This case was undoubtedly extremely high conflict and in uncharted territory in many aspects, and Mr. Moeller and his team handled it very well, and with confidence even when I challenged him up front about the fact that the case wouldn't be simple.
