He was organized, polite, and made sure everyone’s needs were met without us ever having to ask twice.
It’s rare these days to find a server who balances efficiency with such a great attitude, but Henry did exactly that. He checked in at the right times, kept our drinks full, made thoughtful recommendations, and even managed to keep a smile on his face while handling a busy dining room. His level of customer service reminded me of how dining out used to feel years ago — when servers truly went above and beyond to make your experience special.
Because of Henry, this meal stood out to me, and I can honestly say I haven’t had this kind of service in a very long time. I will definitely be back, and I’ll be requesting Henry every time. He deserves to be recognized for the outstanding job he’s doing.
