Read MoreI love coming and grabbing a burrito to-go. They run just a touch pricey, but that’s made up for in the quality of their food. I heard they use a specific local brand of eggs, and that’s why their yolks are so yellow and delicious! I’m not even a fan of sour cream, but the special kind they use is delicious, and the perfect way to bind together their burritos.
My partner has tried their sandwiches, which they said are solid, and their drinks are tasty too!
What I appreciate most about Golden Yolk is its location. I can’t drive for medical reasons, so being able to catch the bus and stop for a delicious hot breakfast right at the station is the best thing I could ask for. I usually get a grab-and-go burrito to save on time, but otherwise, the few minutes wait is because they’re making your food fresh.
Just remember, they’re a breakfast place and close early, so get it while it’s good!
