Work, workout, eat, sleep—repeat. And repeat. And repeat… It’s a grind that works if you’re chasing growth and staying locked in professionally. But man, I’ll admit it—I completely neglected self-care for over two years, and it showed.
That became crystal clear during a 2-hour deep tissue session with Jeff, who came highly recommended by Michael Sutherland. Two hours might sound like a lot, but I’m so glad I went for it. From the soles of my feet to the top of my head, Jeff’s skill and body knowledge were obvious within the first five minutes. He didn’t just go through the motions—he scanned my body, identified specific issues, and addressed them uniquely from one side to the other.
At points, I even had visceral emotional releases—tears came up out of nowhere. That was a major sign for me: I needed this. And I need to stay on top of this kind of care moving forward.
If you’re someone who pushes hard—whether physically, mentally, or both—do not skip this. Jeff’s practice is something I highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for true, high-pressure deep tissue work. I’ll be sore tomorrow, no doubt. But in all the right ways
