I've been going to Wild Rose for many years, from when it was just Shanna in one tiny room. Some of the many things I love about going to Shanna and her team (shoutout to Natalie!):
Quality-- haircuts, color, and products... All of it is great. But maybe that's just a minimum bar, so I'll keep going.
Friendliness-- I'm a raging introvert, yet I feel comfortable there. The interactions also feel quite genuine rather than being stiff or rote.
Customer Service-- two quick stories.
Once, I was unclear in my requests and didn't like the coloring result. I didn't say anything at the salon, hoping it would grow on me... It didn't lol. I asked Shanna if I could get it fixed, and she got me in the next day free of charge, even though I was very willing to pay for my timidity.
Next was from just yesterday. Natalie and I were talking about my favorite red color that I've landed on. She said they're switching color lines but that she'd ask if they can keep this one too, just for me. Even if that doesn't happen (I'm easygoing, wouldn't bother me much), it says a lot that her first instinct was to bring me some joy and prevent the hardship of finding a new color.
Aesthetic-- ok but everything is super cute tho 😂 I guess this feeds into atmosphere. It's just quite pleasant to be in the salon, from the decor to the layout and paint colors.
I could keep going, but the review must end sometime.
tl;dr: Do it, go to Wild Rose Hair Studio
