I’m not the type of person who likes to pay for a dele sandwich - but Jimmy John’s is most certainly the exception! Whether you choose the french bread in white or wheat or the thick and soft sliced wheat bread, you can’t go wrong!
The food is ALWAYS fresh, made-to-order and usually delivered to our home within 20 minutes!
Be it Delivery, Pickup or Dine-in, every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly and personable (without being fake or stiff - you can tell this is a great atmosphere for the employees as it is the customers...)
Looking through my JJ App, our family has ordered delivery 8 times in the last 17 months. Tonight our order arrived well made and delicious but I noticed the cookies are girls were looking forward to having after their meal were missing and when I called the store to make mention, the Manager was so kind and apologetic. Normally I would just ask to be reimbursed than tie up a driver over a couple of cookies but my 6 year old in particular was eagerly awaiting this treat since I mentioned our plans earlier in the day.
In the near 2 years since discovering how good their food is, this was the one and ONLY time a small error has been made. I was really IMPRESSED - not just by their willingness to deliver those two rogue cookies, but by the manager [Jeremy’s] sincerity! They clearly made us a priority because the driver arrived before I had the chance to tell my girls they (would) get their cookies.
The last time I left a review (that took more effort than it takes to tap a few stars on the the App Store) was last year (when my vpn service extended my service for an additional year due to a billing issue and it wasn’t half as long as this.
I rarely trust reviews (especially when it comes to Amazon #Cringe ) and I assume most reviews on other sites are likely just shady vendors using Fiverr.
Never-the-less... If you’re still reading this, you probably already know how YUM’ JimmyJohn’s is and you just enjoy knowing there are others who feel the same. 😉🤪🤗👍
If you haven’t tried their food, you’re missing out BIG TIME! Your desperate days of settling for Subway are officially over - and unlike Jared [ Jimmy isn’t serving time... 😜 ]
