It is commendable that they chose to open on Thanksgiving. However, if they are unable to manage the customer influx effectively, perhaps they should reconsider their decision and allow their employees to enjoy the holiday. The service was lacking, and my order was not taken correctly. Admittedly, I should have paid closer attention when my order was displayed on the screen, so I cannot entirely blame them for that. Upon realizing that a few items were missing, I went inside to reorder, but they informed me that they could not prepare it since it was a few minutes past breakfast time. There were other customers in the lobby and waiting outside for their orders, which were taking longer than usual. The employees seemed stressed and overwhelmed. I understand that dealing with the public can be challenging, but it is important to maintain a positive attitude and make the best of the situation. I hope their day improves.
