Read MoreThis place used to be notoriously bad to most people that live nearby. Recently they came under new ownership and the food is great now, so I have been stopping by around once a week for a couple weeks now. Recently however every time I’ve gone they have been closed on random days unrelated to their posted schedule. Today I was in the area and they had an open door with a lit up open sign so I decided to stop for some food. When I went inside the cashier was sitting down eating food, so I apologized and asked if I should come back later. She said “No.” and kept eating while staring at me. I was confused so I asked if they were open and she said “No, we’re closed today.” I said “Sorry, my bad” and turned to leave, and the cashier responded with “It certainly is.” and laughed like I was some rude jerk for walking into a seemingly open restaurant. WTH? Must be a money laundering front or something. Will not be coming back.
