My very first time here! I don’t know why it took me so long - really great 💲prices💲and they have all the great brands. Came here on a Friday early evening and a lot of the booths were marked between 50-90% off 🤩. I found a few 👚pieces🧥 that were just too 🔥good🔥to pass up. I love me some great bargains. It seems like most of their clothing were in good to excellent shape - the prices you pay for the brands they offered, some were a steal! I seriously can’t wait to come back! 😎

I absolutely love Preloved! I’ve been a seller close to 20 times and I can’t emphasize enough how much better the process is than other copycat stores in the area! Preloved provides you a tagging kit in advance that you can pick up any time with plenty of tags for what you need to sell successfully. I cringe when I think about how much money I could have made off of things I’ve donated in the past! For anyone looking for tips on how to maximize booth sales- not overstocking your booth and utilizing discounts really do work! I’ve also been a customer since the original store opened in 2021, and it has blessed my family significantly! My toddler is dressed almost exclusively in clothes from Preloved, and his Christmas was filled with toys purchased here as well. So many amazing finds at a great price for a family on a budget! Preloved is the best place to sell and shop, and I love the community here. Satu and Josef have a really special thing going!

Preloved is hands-down my favorite thrift store in Provo! The vibe is so cute and welcoming, the prices are super reasonable, and the selection is always on point. Selling there is super straightforward and easy—unless you make it harder on yourself and decide to sell wayyy too much stuff. Even then, the staff is always willing to help you get everything in order if you are struggling. Special shoutout to Alyssa—she’s seriously the best! She was so kind and helpful, and you can tell she really cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Her eye for style and friendly energy made my shopping trip even more fun. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I shop here multiple times a week and I LOVE preloved! People rent booths and sell their used clothing so each week you get such different items from different people. It's a great way to save money and most of the time, you are supporting local people who are trying to save or donate money to good causes. It's a win win! The employees have always been so kind and helpful when I come in, especially Bekah! I have never actually sold here before but my friend has and she said it's so easy to rent a booth. I highly recommend shopping or selling your clothing here!

I went to preloved recently and it was so fun! I go almost every week because it is so clean and helpful. In fact as I was looking around, one of the staff, Haley, suggested a coat and I immediately fell in love with it! It was super cheap too!!

Preloved has changed my life! It's such a great store to buy, and sell, and the employees are so friendly. Bekah, the manager, is so helpful and kind, and I appreciate her enthusiasm for her job and the "Finnish Style Thifting" that Preloved is all about!

I’ve loved thrifting at preloved for the past few years! I know that I’ll always find something cute there and they always have a fun selection of clothes and stuff that is always well priced! The staff there are also great, they always compliment me and what I picked out! Especially Bekah is so sweet and informative! Come to preloved for a good time better than Indy Clover :)
