Over a week or so ago, I was in this store and witnessed the staff dealing with a horrible customer. Although I came into the line and did not hear the whole conversation, what I did hear was appalling. From what I can remember, there were issues with the customers refund, so the first associate was trying to accommodate the customer, she even went as far as calling someone else to help resolve the issue. I take it the phone call was not helpful, because the customer became very irritated and started insulting and yelling at the associate, and even the manager who later stepped in to try and help out. When the customer continued to talk over the manager, the manager then began to get irritated and told the customer there was nothing they could do, and asked her to leave. I’m guessing the other associate gave the customer a customer service number or corporate number, and even tried APOLOGIZING to the customer for the inconvenience. When I was finished being checked out, as this customer was also leaving, she vandalized the store on her way out, almost hitting my family and I with the product that she knocked off the table at the front of the store. The product nearly got knocked into the mall hallway.
The staff dealt with it the best they could and definitely did not deserve to deal with this person over what appeared to be a pair of pants.
