Just reviewing to say this store is no longer a part of the mall if you go to Patrick Henry with the exception of going to rue 21 you will be sadly disappointed

I returned a tshirt that I had bought online. The sales person was young and very helpful. I had my grandson with me and she related well with him. She helped me to find the best deals. I will shop there again.

Shop at this store all the time because I work in the mall, but they definitely need to work on their customer service skills. To keep loyal customers coming back customer service needs alot of work. Maybe get some more experienced management.

I really like this store. They always have great customer service and the prices are always decent. They do try to push there products on you though. I could do without that.
