On Saturday 12/16 my daughter and I were shopping and she noticed that her blood sugar was low. We headed towards the front of the store to get her something to eat when I noticed she was not with me. There was a divider next to me, so I backed up and went to the other side. She was there looking at the ceiling and the next I knew she had passed out and fallen straight back hitting her head very hard on the floor.
I ran to find something to give her, saw a young male associate, asked for help, grabbed a Mountain Dew and returned to my daughter. As I was trying to give her the Mountain Dew help arrived, called 911 and assisted me in helping my daughter.
When the Paramedics arrived they were able to treat her and took her to the hospital. Within a few hours she had CT’s and bloodwork and everything looked good. Other than a very sore head, a few aches and pains, she went home and recovered quickly.
I have no idea who was there to help me, but I would like to thank all of them for what they did. I was concentrating on treating my daughter and taking care of her and they quickly called 911 to get help. I appreciate how they managed the entire situation. They were very thoughtful and caring. Thank you very much to those that stepped up and helped me that day. ❤️
