I love supporting a small business, but after multiple phone calls and emails requesting a refund for product that was ordered a month before my mothers 75th birthday that never arrived, I had to file a PayPal dispute and am now submitting this honest review. The hope is that they'll do better responding to online customers. This is the 2nd time that multiple issues occur, and I really, really wanted to continue to support this small business (1st order was over $200) but its just too hard. I have spent hours of my time via email and phone calls and filling disputes, and potential buyers should know what they might get themselves into. Do NOT buy online if you need something for a special event. We had to scramble to find substitutes for decor and the stress of that combined with the lack of true support makes it impossible for me to hold back anymore.Casa de Luna - please provide a full refund as soon as possible!
