The owner is so nice its not even possible and the other employees are also very nice. Whenever we come in to the store and it is busy, they still talk to us and get us taken care of. It might be a little bit pricey but that's because the boys here take care of you and get you what you need. I brought my friend in here and they got my friend taken care of and my friend hasnt smoked a real cigarette since he went to ivape and got his mod, Grady even built his first coil for him. Now, we've been to a lot of vape shops in the salt lake area and salt lake but none of them even compare to this shop. The first time I went in the owner asked if i needed my tank cleaned and now everytime i come they wash my tank for me and they wash it spotless. Someone mentioned that theres no way to smell or try their top of the line juices which is totally not correct at all. They're laid back and if you have your own tip theyll sometimes be vaping on a new juice and let you use your tip and try it and they always have the new ones on the counter for you to smell. The employees get to try the juice before they get their shipment in so if you go before the shipment then you cant try it but you cant even buy it when they dont have any. The owner and the employees are smart and totally knowledgeable about their products. They will take the time to explain to you what you'll be getting out of the different products, they even let you know which is the best/what not to get. The decor is awesome and I could go on and on about how awesome this store is but this review is already really long and I have nothing bad to say about ivape whatsoever. Their juices are really good too. I recommend papa smurf which is so delicious. If youre going to vape, do it right and come here and you will not regret it at all.Update from A YEAR AGO.I STILL come to this shop. They have moved locations since I last wrote my review and they now have a giant fish tank with an a bunch of fish, its way cool! I think they have added some employees, but they are still pretty much the same smart, friendly people that have worked there since I have started coming here. I will forever vouch for this shop, if you are just getting started vaping or if you have for awhile and want to learn more about it, this is the place to go. This place has the best flavors and the best quality of juices, the owners are still really awesome guys. Literally nothing bad to say about this place. When they moved they upped their stock too, so a bunch of new juice brands, hardware, everything they have more of. They also added a snack section which has hot AND cold drinks, perfect if you are wanting to go sit at the vape bar and are gonna be awhile. They have a ton of seating, and rewards program. Love this place!!! OH and the new location has two bathrooms now I think, and a sink so that you can wash out your tanks if you need to !!!
