Yesterday (Saturday, 09/28/2024), while I was waiting for my daughter to get her nails done, I decided to walk over to Supreme Cloud Vape & Smoke to see what they had, and to kill some time. Upon entering the store, you can see right off the bat that they sell a lot of different products. I spoke with Haven (I did not get her name when I was there, but I called and asked, and I was told that is her name so if I have the name wrong, I apologize) and another co-worker asking for their recommendation for a vape to help me quit smoking. After being shown a bunch of different vapes, I purchased a Vaporesso XROS Pro.
I got home and charged it as per the instructions, but after a bit of charging, the vape wouldn't power on. I Googled, and tried everything under the sun, but the vape just would not respond. I went into the shop today (Sunday, 09/29/2024), and explained to a different employee that I had purchased the vape last night, and no matter what I did, it would not power on. During some troubleshooting, Haven walked in and immediately remembered me from yesterday. I explained my issue to her, and she, too, tried all that she could, but the vape would not power on.
After some time as Haven needed to speak with her manager about what was going on (totally understandable), I was able to switch out the Vaporesso XROS Pro for a GeekVape N30 which was the same price, so it was an even swap. The whole time I was there waiting for them to troubleshoot the vape, Haven time and time again apologized for the inconvenience.
I just wanted to share my very positive experience, even though the initial vape was defective. I have been to just about every vape shop within a 10 mile radius of Supreme Cloud Vape & Smoke, and none of the shops were anywhere near as pleasant as Haven, and her co-workers. I'm glad to see\experience customer service like this and as such, they have now gained a new customer. Keep up the fantastic work, Haven and team. It is because of the interaction with Haven and her co-workers, not price, or anything else, that they have now gained another happy customer. If someone from Supreme Cloud Vape & Smoke does read this, please give Haven the recognition she so rightfully deserves!
