Read MoreI made an appointment with this doctor as a primary care physician. As a new patient, i arrived 1 hour before my scheduled appointment so I could be registered. After waiting two hours to see the doctor, without being registered I asked why I was already an hour behind my appointment. The staff, who were disorganized and incompetent, told me the doctor was always busy. This is an office and over scheduling issue. I was told that I could wait to see the doctor, which would be another 1.5 hours. 3.5 hours waiting in an overcrowded waiting room is unacceptable. This doctor's office should be avoided.
