Read Moreugh, where do I start. this doctor had a sort of “mean girl” attitude. she was never warm towards me or made me feel very comfortable…she acts superior. VERY ignorant about weight loss (most likely fat-phobia). made me cry in an appointment, and literally could not be bothered. suggested a ridiculously restrictive diet, well knowing my weight gain is medication based (one that I take in high amounts, and cannot stop taking). one evening I called their office help line with 300+ blood sugars, as my medication was not working, and she was the dr on call…I start describing the situation, and she proceeds to tell me I’m “abusing their help line”. what a sad waste of my time and energy. isn’t the pcos expert she claims to be. she’s just not an understanding person, period, and really probably should not be in endocrinology… avoid if you can (they have better endos in the same office). two stars instead of one for prescribing one decent med. be nicer to those you know are suffering please…you’re blessed to not be one of them.
