As a business owner, I know that service after the sale and occaisional warranty work is what builds trust and repeat business. My sister is a UMKC Dental School Graduate, when I told her of my issues with temporary crowns coning out, breaking, etc. She said welcome to the world of crowns and bridges. When I had issues waiting for my permanent crowns, I was immediately put on the schedule to correct the issue. That is what customer service is all about. Thank you Dr. Petrie and staff.
