Read More[RE: 2017 VISIT] I dont usually write reviews, but I MUST warn people about this horrible woman, who shouldnt even be in this profession. First, the wait is unnecessarily long for an office with so many physicians. But the wait isnt even the tip of the iceberg, the staff is very unpleasant while you're waiting. My very first appointment was uneasy because I got the feeling that the doctor was more interested in my personal life, than my medical condition. She did ask questions related to my health, but the uneasy questions were related to how much money I made, how many fathers between my 3 children, why I had so many kids so young, what my relationship was like with my mother, whether or not I attended church, etc. But I sat through the appointment anyway and assumed she was like someone's old auntie or elderly neighbor that couldn't help but stick her nose in other people's business and decided to return for a follow up appointment. I called this office to reschedule my follow up appointment that I couldnt make. They told me that I still owed the $30 co-pay even though I didnt show, didnt get treated and canceled IN ADVANCE, plus I'd still need to pay my co-pay on my next visit (crooked asses). Reluctantly I agreed. The next afternoon, Dr. Mitchell herself called me on my cell phone and demanded a reason for canceling and wasting her time (RUDE ASS). I told her I had a family obligation that took priority and I rescheduled for 2 days later, to which she responded "Okay so I guess you dont care if you die. When you have a stoke dont say I didnt tell you so" (I have a severe condition which causes strokes) I hung up on her. I called my insurance company immediately afterwards and changed my primary physician. NO way in hell should this crooked woman be allowed to have a business, much less treat patients.
