Read Morei am not a doctor. i am a customer worth over twenty years of dealing with experts in various field including doctors. i also fixes a lot of systems doctors and dentist uses, also personally dealt with difficulties or conflicts between regular doctors, specialists doctors, and insurance. it could get difficult for patients and at no fault of the doctor.
regarding this office: as with many vietnamese doctors office i had serviced. employee are not good at customer service. poor comprehension of english, and industry. if any issues arises, they cannot be counted on to help you resolve. on top of incompetence, they are also rude towards their customers (usually go hand in hand with incompetence).
it is a hazard to rely on unreliable helps, with medical care. with family doctor it is important to work with people that can work with you to resolve medical issues or concerns you brought up. this office failed to render expected service. then insult the client when the client explains why their solution failed. I dont think the doctor would get you killed, but that is probably a horrible reason to select a primary care.
I apologize to all the practictioners who are lumped in with medical staffs. you should care more for clients, make sure solutions works, and follow through to make sure they are taken care of. this your office failed in attitude, and ability.
