Very busy there, and not supervised, my friend had students come in, they did not know her, and after a clean “ The student dentist took his tool , and loosen her teeth in her mouth. She had always kept her teeth up, no cavities, and when she came out, She said, “ I do not know what he did in my mouth, but he went in, and pulled, and scrape @ the back of her mouth. She came out, and said, “ I do not know what he did , I have never had a dentist in my life cause so, much pain, but he just messed my mouth up!” Mind you, this was after a cleaning. Then she went back , and another female student dentist told her she needed 3 teeth pulled, and a root canal. After he loosened her back molars. They were always from time to time wanted to remove them, and they had no cavity , no pain,, and her back teeth ( molars were great, but a couple other times she was told, “ Your molars need to be removed!” No, cavity, but after this experience with the student loosening them… on purpose I feel. Sad! As of this date she has been to another dentist and not had a root canal . 2 1/2 years later. Nevertheless, the student dentist were two brothers that came in together, and one of them did damage to her. I feel ( Beware, if one does not like you, you are going in @ your own risk! This male dentist was awful! Beware, and as far as Joe @ the front desk… do not know what his problem might be, but make sure you, obtain a card with a date on , especially if he changes the appointment. You can call and leave a message 3 times… and no response with him, or just never answers the phone. Since Covid this place went down hill. The place I feel is dysfunctional, and way to busy. Some one really needs to have this place Supervised, and Inspected 24/7 . Many did not leave because it was a pleasant place. Really Sad, because there use to be kind , and compassionate people in there. These new students are not supervised when these new students touch patients mouths! Beware , and check out reviews! Good luck! My friend paid the price in end conclusion. She was there , for 10 years.
