Paid 3000 for this zoom in look closely it's from Pure Theory Fort Worth Tx. It the lab they use and actually students actually use this type of denture to practice on learning while in school. Pure Theory office in Fort Worth just tried tto make repairs to fit my mouth instead of making new real dentures. Oh yeah I almost forgot the teeth also started falling out of the denture after 1 month. All I can tell anyone about this place located on N.freeway Ft Worth Texas is to RUN!!! The service is aweful When I walked into this place I had low self esteem about myself because I was feeling ugly I couldn't smile I would cover my mouth when taking pictures with family and friends because people were laughing at how I looked. So arriving at Pure Theory Dental I was so over excited that finally I would be able to have the prettiest smile again and not be ashamed of having to cover my mouth anymore when taking pictures. But all they did was disappoint me making me look and feel even worse causing me to be more depressed now . I'm still unable to smile with the teeth they made which are too short .So nothing really changed I'm still ashamed to smile covering my mouth due to the upper denture they made.They want you sign all these papers before the final procedure is done. Please take my advice to anyone who goes to this so called Dentist Office is to NEVER!!!! sign anything until the whole procedure is finished.l. It took these people a YEAR just to try to make my upper dentures that they sent off to to a cheap no experience lab.They couldn't get the measurements right it took them 6 different times to try to correct their mistakes.They never got the measurements right at all after a whole year I had waited for. I called and threatened to turn them in so they had someone to come in from Frisco and try to correct the measurements . When I received them back this time they looked awful wasn't professional at all .They used 1 out of 3 of the dentures the lab had messed up on instead of making a new one.When I got the dentures back from Frisco they still didnt fit they looked like a 3 year old kid clay dough project When I told them that they still didn't feel right . Their reaction was that they didn't seem to care looking at me as if I'm the problem. I'm exhausted and done with these non professional people the Staff and the Dentist Take my advice don't sign anything or pay the the full amount of money up front until the procedure is finished. Run,Run,Run!!!
